Delivery Policy

At Maharaja Mart, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our delivery policy below for details on how we handle deliveries across Hong Kong.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all territories in and around Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. For remote areas or outlying islands, additional delivery charges or extended delivery times may apply. Please contact us for more details if you are located in a remote area.

Delivery Days & Hours

Deliveries are made daily from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, and no deliveries will be made on those days. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery: Orders totalling HKD 300 or above qualify for free delivery.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: A minimum delivery fee of HKD 50 applies to orders below HKD 300.
  • Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas or outlying islands.

Minimum Order

There is no strict minimum order requirement for delivery. However, orders below HKD 300 will incur a delivery fee of HKD 50. We encourage customers to consolidate orders to take advantage of free delivery.

Cut-off Times

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:30 AM. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day. All orders are delivered within 48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare and pack your items carefully. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery. Our delivery personnel will contact you upon arrival at your delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window.

Handling of Perishables

Perishable items such as fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and sweets are handled with the utmost care. These items are packed in appropriate packaging to maintain freshness during transit. We recommend inspecting perishable items upon delivery and reporting any concerns immediately.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing your order.
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, our delivery team will attempt to contact you. Failed delivery attempts due to the customer's unavailability may result in re-delivery charges.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.

Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you of any expected delays and work to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Maharaja Mart shall not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
